摘 要:可控脉动燃烧因其周期性的强烈气流扰动,有很强的强化燃烧、强化传热作用,而且NOx和烟尘排放低,是一种清洁燃烧技术。介绍了改进型Rijke脉动燃烧器的工作原理、热力系统及降噪措施,并与常规0.5 t/h燃油锅炉进行了比较。结果表明,脉动燃油锅炉与燃油锅炉体积、形状相当,但炉膛容积、辐射受热面积,对流传热面积分别减少了55.0%、44.5%、13.5%,而传热效率提高30%强,出力达到0.7 t/h,热效率为86%,提高了2%,噪声<70 dB。The controllable pulsating combustion has very strong effect on intensifying the combustion and heat transfer for its periodic violent gas flow turbulence,and is a clean combustion technology with low emission of pollutants NO_x and smoke.The working principle,thermal system,and noise removal measures of modified Rijke pulsating burners have been presented,and comparison with traditional 0.5 t/h oil-fired boiler being carried out.Results show that the volume and shape of fuel oil pulsating boiler are similar to that of traditional oil-fired boiler,however,the furnace volume,the radiation heating surface,and the convection heating surface has reduced 55%,44.5%,and 13.5% respectively,while the heat transfer efficiency has enhanced more than 30%,the output capacity reaches 0.7 t/h,thermal efficiency to be 86%,heightening 2%,and the noise level<70 dB.
