摘 要:在小型工业试验台上对飞灰改性脱硝催化剂的脱硝性能及NH3/NOx摩尔比、空速、烟温等影响因素进行了试验分析,并考察了该催化剂长期置于工业运行环境后的活性情况。小型工业试验结果表明,该催化剂有良好的脱硝活性,在空速5 200/h、反应温度320℃、NH3/NOx摩尔比1.2的情况下,脱硝效率可达90%以上。该催化剂置于工业运行环境一年多的时间里,活性未见明显降低,始终维持在90%左右。The denitrification performance of catalyst modified by fly ash,as well as affecting factors,such as NH_3/NO_x ratio,air velocity,gas temperature etc.have been tested and analysed on small-scale commercial test stand,and the activity of said catalyst after long term positioned in environment of industral operation being investigated.The results of small-scale commercial test show that the said catalyst has good activity of denitrification.Under condition of air velocity to be 5200/h,reaction temperature 320 ℃,NH_3/NO_x molar ratio 1.2,the efficiency of denitrification can reach above 90%,at the same time,the activity of said catalyst positioned in environment of industrial operation for more than one year hasn't obviously reduced,maintaining about 90% from begining to end.
