摘  要:选用12只安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的杂一代羯羊,随机分成3组,研究日粮中不同小黑麦干草添加水平(10%、25%、40%)对肉羊消化代谢和粗饲料瘤胃降解的影响。结果表明:40%组日粮采食量显著低于其他各组(P<0.01)。日粮营养物质表观消化率、沉积氮量、沉积氮/进食氮各组间虽差异不显著(P>0.05),但10%组绝对值最低。25%组进食氮和可消化氮量最高,且分别与10%组达极显著差异(P<0.01)和显著差异(P<0.05)。粗饲料瘤胃降解率各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。肉羊日粮中小黑麦干草的适宜添加水平为25%。Twelve wethers with permanent rumen fistula were allotted randomly to three groups to study the effect of different triticale hay levels (10%, 25%, 40% of diet) on nutrient digestibility, metabolism and roughage degradation in sheep. The result showed that ①Feed intake at 40% addition level was significantly decreased compared with other treatments(P〈 0.01). ②Though there was no difference in nutrient digestibility, amount of retained N or RN / NI among the treatments (P〉 0.05 ), the numerical value at 10% addition level was lowest. Intake of N and amount of digestible N at 25% addition level were higher than those of other treatments. There was significant difference in intake of N (P 〈 0.01) between 25% and 10% addition level, and in amount of digestible N between these two treatments (P 〈 0.05). ③ There was no difference in roughage degradation among the treatments (P 〉 0.05). ④The suitable level of triticale hay addition in the diet of sheep was 25%.
