摘　　要：蛋鸡脂肪肝是一种营养代谢性疾病,主要是由于鸡产蛋高峰期机体代谢旺盛,引起脂肪代谢紊乱,导致极低密度脂蛋白合成及转运受阻,使肝脏中合成的脂肪酸不能排出,造成甘油三酯在肝细胞内过度沉积。本文主要综述了诱导产蛋鸡脂肪肝发病的分子机理及其营养调控措施。Fatty liver Syndrom of Hens is one of nutrition metabolism diseases. It is caused by metabolism disorder of fat, which result in suppression of synthesis of very low density lipoprotein, inhibition of fatty acid release in liver and much deposition of glycerin three ester. This paper summarize the molecular mechanism induce to fatty liver syndrom of hen and the nutritional regulation.
