氟双相催化下4-(对-硝基苯基)丁酸酯的合成

摘　　要：用苯-二-[4-（十三氟正辛基）苯基]膦、二-（十三氟正辛基）重氮二羧酸酯作氟双相催化剂，在四氢呋喃（THF）中，由4-（对-硝基苯基）丁酸和醇合成五个4-（对-硝基苯基）丁酸酯类化合物。反应条件为：4-（对-硝基苯基）丁酸0．14mmol，n（酸）：n，（醇）=1．0：1．5，催化剂用量n（酸）：n（催化剂）：1．13：1．5，室温反应3．0h，产率80．1％～95．0%，纯度91．0％～100％（GC分析）。Using phenyl-bis- [ 4- （tridecafluorooctyl） phenyl ] phosphine and bis- （tridecafluorooctyl） diazo dicarboxylate as fluorous biphasic catalyst, five 4- （p-nitrophenyl） butyric esters were synthesized from 4- （p-nitrophenyl） butyric acid and alcohol in THF. Under the reaction conditions that 4-（p-nitrophenyl）butyric acid was 0.14 mmol, the molar ratio of acid to alcohol was 1.0：1.5, the molar ratio of acid to catalyst was 1.0：1.5 and the reaction time was 3.0 h at room temperature, the yields were 80.1% -95.0% and the purities reached 91.0% - 100%.
