氟双相催化下4-(对-硝基苯基)丁酸酯的合成

摘  要:用苯-二-[4-(十三氟正辛基)苯基]膦、二-(十三氟正辛基)重氮二羧酸酯作氟双相催化剂,在四氢呋喃(THF)中,由4-(对-硝基苯基)丁酸和醇合成五个4-(对-硝基苯基)丁酸酯类化合物。反应条件为:4-(对-硝基苯基)丁酸0.14mmol,n(酸):n,(醇)=1.0:1.5,催化剂用量n(酸):n(催化剂):1.13:1.5,室温反应3.0h,产率80.1%~95.0%,纯度91.0%~100%(GC分析)。Using phenyl-bis- [ 4- (tridecafluorooctyl) phenyl ] phosphine and bis- (tridecafluorooctyl) diazo dicarboxylate as fluorous biphasic catalyst, five 4- (p-nitrophenyl) butyric esters were synthesized from 4- (p-nitrophenyl) butyric acid and alcohol in THF. Under the reaction conditions that 4-(p-nitrophenyl)butyric acid was 0.14 mmol, the molar ratio of acid to alcohol was 1.0:1.5, the molar ratio of acid to catalyst was 1.0:1.5 and the reaction time was 3.0 h at room temperature, the yields were 80.1% -95.0% and the purities reached 91.0% - 100%.
