复方薤白胶囊对野百合碱诱导大鼠肺动脉高压的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方薤白胶囊对野百合碱诱导肺动脉高压大鼠模型内皮素(ET)和白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法:70只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、地塞米松组、桂龙咳喘宁组、卡托普利组和复方薤白胶囊大、小剂量组。腹腔注射野百合碱造模后,测定各组大鼠平均肺动脉压和平均右心室压,放射免疫法测定血浆中ET和IL-6含量。结果:复方薤白胶囊大、小剂量组平均肺动脉压与模型组及卡托普利组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。复方薤白胶囊大剂量组ET含量明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:复方薤白胶囊能有效降低模型大鼠肺动脉高压,其作用原理可能与降低血浆中ET含量有关。Objective：To study the effects of Compound Xiebai Capsules on endothelin （ET） and interlukin-6 （IL-6） levels in the pulmonary hypertension model rat induced by Monocrotaline. Methods：Seventy SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, dexamethasone group, Guilong Kechuanning group ,Captopril group,large dose Compound Xiebai Capsules group and small dose Compound Xiebai Capsules group. The pulmonary hypertension rat model was made by intraperitoneal injection of Monocrotaline, and mean pulmonary arterial pressure and right ventricular pressure were determined. Radioimmunoassay was used to determin level of ET and IL-6. Results..There were significant differences in pulmonary arterial pressure in large dose and small dose of Compound Xiebai Capsule group as compared with the model group and the Captopril group （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01 ）. ET level in the large dose Compound Xiebai Capsules group was significantly lower than that in the model group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion .. Compound Xiebai Capsules can effectively decrease pulmonary hypertension in model rats, which is possibly related with decrease of plasma ET level.
