摘　　要：本文首先通过人口动力学的一个微分方程组简介了MATLAB的强大计算功能,在此基础上,通过一维拟均相数学模型,模拟计算了国内具有代表性的日产千吨的Kellogg氨合成塔操作工况,模拟结果与工厂数据相比,结果表明MATLAB可以实现氨合成塔的快速高效准确模拟。Brief introduction of strong computing function of MATLAB is proved through an equation group of a differential of dynamics at first. On this basis, mathematical model of ammonia synthesis converter with for-axis in large-scale synthesis ammonia plant has been presented, which describes the tribute of gaseous compositions, temperatures, pressures along with the axis of the converter. Compared with factory data the simulation result, the result indicates MATLAB can realize the ammonia formation the fast high-efficient accurate simulation of the tower.
