摘　　要：阐述铁路技术管理规程多媒体教学软件的总体设计、功能模块设计、系统维护设计、软件特点及设计重点等内容。该教学软件便于铁路部门职工及相关专业学生学习、理解、掌握铁路技术管理规程,弥补该方面多媒体教学软件设计的空白,对其他相关软件开发具有启发作用。It was discussed the framework, function and system maintenance design of RRTM multimedia courseware, then described the key techniques and principles, and finally sumed up its main features and application. This teaching＇s software made it easy for railroad stuffs and related students to study and comprehend RRTM, and made up the blank of that aspect multimedia courseware design, and evoked it＇s related software.
