摘　　要：本文运用博弈论分析方法,从新贸易理论角度出发,分析了巴西航空工业崛起的历程,得出结论:差异化产品研发战略及巴西政府对于本国航空工业的鼎力扶持是巴航成长为当今四大航空制造商之一的根本原因。On the basis of introducing the history of Mbraer, the author analyses the reasons of Mbraer＇ s success with the game theory and strategic trade policy theory.Thus the author gets the conclusion ：differentiation strategy and the support from Brazil government are two key reasons for the success of Brazil aviation industry.
