摘  要:使用溶胀指数的测定方法研究叔丁基过氧化物预硫化天然胶乳(PPVL)胶膜硫化交联度,并采用热重分析法(TGA)研究空气状态下胶管试样热氧降解反应过程及其反应动力学。结果显示,过氧化物预硫化天然胶乳反应在70℃温度下硫化3·5h到达正硫点,此时胶膜溶胀指数为5·9。第一步热氧降解反应前,试样出现明显的吸氧增重现象,其最大热氧降解率CP、最终热氧降解率Cf、反应活化能E和频率因子A均随β的增加而增大,表观活化能E0=107·5kJ/mol。In this paper, vulcanized degree of crosslinking of tert-butyl peroxide prevulcanized natural rubber latex(PPVL) film was studied by assaying swelling index, and the thermooxidative degradation reaction and its kinetics of the medical rubber latex tube sample made from PPVL were studied by TG under air atmosphere. The results showed that the vulcanization reaction index of PPVL at 70℃ for 3.5h reached optimum cure point, and the swelling exponent of PPVL film was 5.9. An oxygen absorption weight gain obviously occured in the sample before the first stage of the thermooxidative degradation reaction, the maximum rate of thermooxidative degradation(Cp ), the final rate of thermooxidative degradation(C f), the activation energy of reaction(E)and the frequency factor(A)increase with the increment of the temperature rising rates(β). The apparent activation energy(E0)was 107.5kJ/mol.
