摘　　要：对TPC技术在50吨电弧炉上的应用与实践进行了介绍，TPC技术的应用解决了电弧炉高铁水比例冶炼存在的水冷炉盖粘钢、冶炼周期长等工艺问题，使终点成分和温度同时命中率由67％达到91％，各项技术经济指标提升明显。This paper introduces the application of TPC （ Terminal Process Control） on the 50-t EAF and its practice. The application of the above-mentioned technique solves the technical problems such as water-cooled cover being struck with steel while smelting with high hot metal in EAF and long smelting period, bringing the percentage of end-point composition and temperature hits from 67% to 91%, thus considerably enhancing every technicaland-economic index.
