摘　　要：文章介绍了济南分公司在贯彻落实中国石化2003年炼化企业设备管理工作会议精神以来,所做的工作和取得的成绩以及今后设备管理的目标和措施,对整个石化系统夯实设备管理基础,搞好设备管理,进一步提高设备的可靠度,确保装置安全、稳定、长周期运行有很好的借鉴作用。This article introduces the perform- ances achieved and future management object and measures by carrying out the spirit of“E- quipment Management Working Conference of SINOPEC's Refining and Chemical Enterprise in 2003”in Jinan Petrochemical Branch,which has provides a reference to compacting equipment management foundation,enhancing equipment management so as to enhance equipment reliabil- ity,ensure units in safe,stable and long term operation.
