摘 要:采用有限元建模,考虑了管系的复杂约束、管系设备、吊架、弯头特性的影响,对由地震激发的管道系统的动态响应进行了分析。计算出了由三维地震激发的管系模态、管系位移、转角响应幅值以及地震激发的管系模态响应系数。在地震响应仿真中使用了随机谱方法,将EI-centro地震谱载荷施加到x、y、z三个方向上的管系上。研究结果表明,地震对管系有重要影响,在管道设计时应该加以考虑,并提出了提高管系抗震的措施。The dynamic response of the pipeline system excited by the earthquake was modeled by finite element method and analyzed under consideration of the complex restrains of the pipeline system, including the pipe equipments, hangers, bends, etc. The 3-D earthquake induced pipeline system vibration modes, the amplitudes of displacement and rotation responds, as well as the modal participation factor were calculated. The stochastic spectrum approach was used in the simulation of the earthquake response, applying the earthquake loads defined by the Elcentro spectra to the x ,y,z directions over all of the pipelines. The research results showed that the earthquake has a great effect on the pipelines, it is important to take it into full account in the pipeline design, and the measures to enhance the anti-earthquake capability were put forward.
