摘　　要：从公共卫生的定义出发,阐述了目前我国公共卫生的现状。从公共卫生的发展,分析了政府的“缺位”与“不到位”。从政府、卫生行政部门、社会团体与民众3方面,提出促进公共卫生事业健康发展的建议措施。First, the actuality of our country＇ s public health was clarified from the definition of public health. Then, the absence of government was analyzed from the development of public health. Finally, to put forward the advice and measure to promote the development of public health actively.
