摘 要:目的:探讨油菜花粉的酶解提取物(PBHF)对炎症反应和前列腺增生的影响。方法:观察PBHF高、中、低剂量组(0.5,0.25,0.125 g·kg-1)灌胃给药后,对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀、丙酸睾丸素引起的大鼠前列腺增生的影响。结果:PBHF各剂量组显著减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳炎症反应的肿胀度,高剂量组对致炎后2 h内足肿胀有一定抑制作用。PBHF高、中剂量组显著对抗丙酸睾丸素引起的大鼠前列腺增生,减轻前列腺重量和病理学损伤。结论:PBHF有较强的抗炎作用,对前列腺增生有潜在的治疗作用。Objective: To investigate the prophylactic effect of pollen extracts from Brassica campestric L. (PBHF)for the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) and inflammatory reactions. Methods: The rats or mice were orally taken with PBHF 0. 5,0.25 or 0. 125 g·kg^-1. The effectiveness was evaluated based on changes of rats/mice behaviors in respect of auricular tumefaction caused by dimethylbenzene in mice, foot tumefaction caused by carrageenin in rats and BPH caused by sc testosterone propionate in rats pre and post administration of PBHF. Results:PBHF lessened auricular tumefaction in mice. PBHF(0. 5 g·kg^-1)reduced foot tumefaction in rats. PBHF(0. 5 and 0. 25 g·kg^-1)had a resistance against prostate hyperplasia induced by sc testosterone propionate, decreasing the weight of prostate tissues. Conclusion:PBHF was effective in the management of inflammatory reactions and BPH.
