摘　　要：宝钢600t回转窑篦式预热机原使用电磁耦合器调速。在变频改造时,根据使用实际情况重新核定调速范围,并充分利用变频器的恒功率调速特性,降低了设备容量达50%。尽量简化系统,减少了故障率。达到了改造低成本,运行高性能、低成本、低故障的效果。In old system, electromagnetic coupler was used in comb type preheater speed regulation system in Baosteel 600t rotary kiln. Based on the performance on site, recalculate the range of speed regulation, use the characteristic of speed regulation by constant power, it reduced the equipment column to 50%, simplified the system and reduced the rate of failure at the end of revamping. It shows low cost in revamping, but high performance ,low cost and low rate of failure in operating.
