摘　　要：中国石油吉林石化公司聚乙烯厂乙烯装置自1996年9月开车以来,不断完善氮气预冷开车方案。经过多次开车实践应用,证明该非实物料开车方法对乙烯装置首次开车和检修后开车具有较好的效果。文中对氮气预冷开车方法中的工艺流程的改造、过程控制、工艺参数变化、开车进实物料前系统内氮气的处理进行了阐述。The ethylene plant in Polyethylene Factory of Jilin Chemical Industry Company has been put into operation for ten years,and during this period the method of nitrogen precooling has been constantly per- fected.Practices have proved that it has a good effect on the start-up of ethylene plant for the first time and after overhaul.This paper comprehensively introduces the pro- cess flow change,process control,parametric variation and nitrogen disposal before the start-up.We hope that it may be used for reference by plants of the same kind.
