摘　　要：农发行拓展商业性信贷业务是实现其可持续发展和有效支持“三农”经济的有效途径,因此在巩固政策性业务的同时要稳步有序拓展商业性信贷,支持新农村建设。Expanding commercial credit business is an effective way for agricultural development banks to achieve sustainable development and support rural economy. In view of this, agricultural development banks are required to conduct commercial credit business in a well-ordered way and lend support to new countryside construction while promoting policy-related business.
