摘 要:从各种生物中寻找天然抗肿瘤活性物质是抗癌药物研究的一个重要途径.生物碱类在已分离的各类天然抗肿瘤活性物质中占有较大比重,其中有些已经用于临床并取得了较好的抗肿瘤作用.在已知的生物碱中,来源于芸香科植物山油柑心材和根部的降真香碱可能是最广谱的抗肿瘤活性物质;而从印度洋海蠕虫中提取的几种双甾体生物碱的抗肿瘤活性最强。It's an important in studying of antitumor drugs to search all kinds of creatures for natural antineoplastic activity.The alkaloids hold an essential part among all serts of the separated antitumor drugs.Some of them have been applied in clinical medicine and exhibited good antineoplastic activities.Among these alkaloids,arconycine derived from the stems and roots of the Acronychia Pedunculate (the Rutaceae plant) may be most extensive antitumor drug.And the antineoplastic activity of several cephalostatines extracted from the Indian Ocean Cephalodiscus gilchrist is the best one,they possess exceptionally potent lymphocytic leukemia (murine P388) cell line inhibitory activity (to ED 50 10 -6 ~10 -4 μg·L -1 .PS system).
