摘  要:目的研究氮酮用量对复方苦参凝胶中苦参碱体外经皮渗透的影响。方法用Franz扩散池法进行体外经皮渗透实验,以高效液相色谱法测定苦参碱的渗透量。结果加入不同比例氮酮的复方苦参凝胶,释药速度不同,其苦参碱的释放速度大小为2%氮酮>4%氮酮>6%氮酮>0%氮酮。结论氮酮能促进复方苦参凝胶中苦参碱的透皮吸收,以加入2%的氮酮促透效果最佳。Objective To study the effect of Azone dosage on Matrine in Compound Kushen Gelatum percutaneous penetration in Vitro. Method The experiment of percutaneous penetration in vitro was operated with the methods of Franz diffusion ceil, and the penetration quantity of Matrine is measured by the method of HPLC. Result The speed of release medicine of Compound Kushen Gelatum is different by adding different proportion Azone, and the release speed of the Matrine is 2% Azone〉4% Azone〉6% Azone〉0% Azone. Conclusion Azone can promote the transdermal absorption of the Matrine in Compound Kushen Gelatum. The effect of promoting penetration of 2% Azone is the best.
