摘 要:从南方鲇(Silurusmeridionalis)血清分离到一种天然的凝集素分子,能够凝集多种不同的抗原物质,其组成成分为糖蛋白,具有耐热和耐酸碱性,对β-巯基乙醇敏感。凝集反应受温度、离子强度以及时间等因素的影响。经糖的专一性抑制实验显示,蔗糖和半乳糖对凝集反应有抑制作用,说明这2种糖分子是凝集素在识别和凝集过程中起一定作用的糖分子。A natural agglutinin, which was isolated from serum of Silurus meridionalis, was found to have the ability of agglutinating different kinds of antigens. The agglutinin, of which the composition was glycoprotein, was stable when exposure to the heat for 1 h and acid or alkaline for 24 h respectively, but it was sensitive to the treatment of β - mercaptoethanol. Its agglutinating activity was influenced by the temperature, reaction time and concentrating of ion of the buffer. The agglutinating activity could he inhibited by the splitting of gulactose and sucrose. The results demonstrated the galactose and sucrose played important roles in agglutinating reaction.
