摘　　要：本文研究xDSL用户环路分析仪的设计技术和实现方案,详细分析方案中的关键技术。对TDR时域反射测量、频响测量和噪声测量等功能,给出关键的测试方法和设计技术。通过数据采集和交换,在DSP数字信号处理中实现数字跟踪滤波、快速傅里叶变换和波形数据处理等,提高信号的测量动态范围和精度。使得在一台仪表内综合了频响测量、时域反射测量、噪声测量、离散多音频调制测量和DMM测量等功能。This paper studied the design technologies and realizing scheme of xDSL Subscriber Loop Analyzer, and analyzed the key technologies of the scheme in detail. The paper put forward test method and design technologies etc. of TDR （Time Domain Reflectometry） measurement, frequency response measurement, noise measurement, Through data acquisition and exchange, the analyzer realized digital trailing filter design, FFT, and waveform data process in the DSP module. By adopting the technologies above, it is feasible to integrate frequency response measurement, TDR measurement, noise measurement, discrete multiple tone frequency modulation, DMM and all other functions in one instrument.
