摘 要:采用原位复合技术制备了Cu-10Ag合金原位复合材料,研究了热处理对形变复合材料的结构与性能的影响。热处理促使Ag沉淀析出和晶格常数降低。中间热处理增大极限拉伸强度(UTS)与改善导电率。采用不同的热机械处理获得了由不同强度与导电率组合的综合性能,典型的性能达到强度1500~1560MPa和导电率62%IACS^64%IACS。真实应变η=9.8的大变形Cu-10Ag合金原位复合材料的再结晶温度约350℃,其性能直至300℃是稳定的。自然时效处理提高大变形原位纤维复合材料的强度3.5%~5%,降低再结晶温度至250℃。The Cu-10Ag alloy in situ filamentary composites with different solidification conditions are prepared by the in situ compounding technique. The influence of the heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of the deformed composites are studied. The intermediate heat treatment promots the separation of fine Ag precipitate,increases the ultrea tensile strength(UTS) and improves the electrical conductivity of the in situ filamentary composites. The comprehensive properties with different UTS and conductivity for the heavy deformed composites could he obtained by the distinct thermomechanical processing. The typical properties are of UTS≥1500MPa and conductivity≥62% IACS. The alloy that solidifies rapidly possesses higher comprehensive property than that solidifies slowly. The recrystallization temperature of the heavy deformed(η= 9.8)Cu-10Ag alloy in situ filamentary composites is about 350℃. The properties of the composites are stable at temperature up to 350℃. Natural aging to the heavy deformed Cu-10Ag alloy in situ filamentary composites increases UTS by 3. 5%~5% and decreases the recrystallization temperature to 250℃.
