摘　　要：设计了一种用子X光光谱片和原子发射光谱片测量通用的数字式测片仪.介绍了其结构原理、特点、用途以及它所达到的准确度.本仪器具有量程大、精度高、通用性强和使用维修方便的特点.也可以直接输入微机进行有关的数据处理.The digital multi-useful length measuring machine is improved. Its structure principle,characteristics usage and accuracy reached are explained.It is used in the measurement of X-ray spectrum and spectrum emitted by atom. Its accuracy in experiments is given. It is of a larger range of measurement,higher accuracy and more uses by means of input of grating ruler and digital display.It is convenient in usage and maitainment. The measure result can also be drectly inputted in microcomputers and be treated.
