过氧化氢对小麦种子活力及某些生理特性的影响

摘　　要：报道了过氧化氢对小麦种子萌发及过氧化物酶的影响.结果表明,过氧化氢显著促进小麦种子萌发,提高其萌发系数,发芽峰值和活力指数,并导致电解质外渗率提高和过氧化物酶活性增大.相关性分析表明,过氧化氢浓度与种子电解质外渗率呈极显著的正相关,种子活力指数、蛋白质含量与过氧化物酶活性均存在显著的正相关.This paper shows that hydrogen peroxide in certain concentrations not only promotes germination of wheat seeds, and increases both germination index and peak value of germination, but enhances seed vigour and activity of peroxidase. Solute leakage rates of the seeds are increased by hydrogen peroxide. Corelative analysis shows that concetrations of hydrogen peroxide are of positive correlation to solute leakage rates (r=0. 961).There is a remarkably positive correlation between protein content and activity of peroxidase, which are of positive correlation to vigour index of the seeds (r= 0.902) in germination of wheat seeds.
