摘　　要：构建惩防腐败的体系,完善廉政立法势在必然。而廉政立法的完善,应以廉政基本法为核心,认真梳理现有的法律法规,特别注意处理好一些重要关系,提高廉政立法的质量和水平,使不同层次的廉政法律法规之间相互协调,相得益彰。It is necessary to build a system of punishment and prevention and to improve the legislation on building an honest and clean government. The improvement of legislation should base on the basic law, clarify existing law and regulations, deal with some important relations and improve the quality and level of the legislation so as to ensure the harmony and complementation of various law and regulations.
