摘　　要：介绍了基于ＷｉｎｄｏｗｓＮＴ开发的新一代综合调度自动化系统ＷＮＴ－８０００的设计思想、基本配置、主要功能和技术特点。系统采用面向对象的程序设计方法和全分布式与ｃｌｉｅｎｔ／ｓｅｒｖｅｒ相结合的系统结构，并将实时数据库与商用数据库有机结合，从而具有更高的可靠性、灵活性和开发性；系统集传统的ＳＣＡＤＡ功能与ＡＭ／ＦＭ（ＡｕｔｏｍａｔｉｃＭａｐｐｉｎｇ／ＦａｕｌｉｔｙＭａｐｐｉｎｇ）和ＭＩＳ（ＭａｎａｇｅｍｅｎｔＩｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎＳｙｓｔｅｍ）系统于一体，为电力生产和管理提供了更完整有效的信息。This paper presents the design principle, basic configuration, main functions and technology features of WNT-8000, which is an integrated dispatching automation system of new generation based on Windows NT. In this system, we utilized object-oriented programming technique, established the system structure as one that combines total distributed mode with client/server mode and real time database with commercial database, thus made the whole system more reliable, flexible and open. The WNT-8000 system integrated classic SCADA with AM/FM and MIS system, providing more complete and usable information for the production and management of electric power, and it is suitable for suppervisory control systems of power system in different scales.
