摘　　要：采购作为制造型企业生产经营活动的初始环节,直接影响着生产经营过程、企业业绩,并构成企业竞争力的重要方面,因此研究和开发适应制造业的现代化采购管理系统具有重要意义。文中通过阐述采购在现代企业管理中的重要作用,以及供应链和ERP中的采购管理,分析了供应链环境下的采购同传统采购的不同,并利用层次分析法(AHP),给出了供应商选择和评价的模型。在此基础上,提出了一个基于供应链的制造业ERP采购管理系统的设计方案。As the initial link of manufacture enterprises＇operating activities, purchase influences the enterprises＇ achievement of production and management directly; it is also an indispensable aspect of competitiveness of enterprises. As a result, it is important to reserch and develop a modern purchase management system of manufacture enterprises. Explains the important function of purchase in modern business administration and purchase management in supply chain and ERP. After that, analyzes the differenees between ,Supply chain purchase and traditional purchase, provides a model of supplier choice and appraiscment by the method of analytic hierarchy process （AHP）. Ou this hasis, put forward a design plan： a system model about manufactory ERP purchase management system hased on supply chain.
