发展秸秆循环经济 建设节约型新农村的对策

摘　　要：随着经济的不断发展,能源消耗日益增加,如何有效地利用现有资源显得越来越重要。为此,从山东省农作物秸秆的生产与科学利用入手,重点调查与全面分析相结合,对山东省农作物秸秆的应用现状进行了分析,总结了秸秆综合利用中存在的问题和制约因素,系统地阐述了秸秆综合利用的产业化途径,并对加快发展秸秆循环经济,建设资源节约型社会主义新农村,实现秸秆综合利用产业化提出了建议。with the development of the economy, the energy consume increases quickly, how to use effectively the current energy has been look more and more important. This paper starts with the producing and utilizing of the straw of crops. It describes the status about the appliance of the straw, and summarizes the problems and limitation of the appliance. It set forth how to make the appliance industrialization and give advice about how to make development with science in appliance.
