摘　　要：在农业机械和工程机械设计中经常遇到空间梁单元应力的有限元计算,特别对于闭口截面的空间梁单元,其应力计算方法十分复杂繁琐。为了简化计算过程,提出了一种新的应力计算方法,结合具体算例对解算数据进行了验证分析。分析结果表明:采用的计算方法及所编制的解算程序的计算结果与实验数据吻合,具有一定的实用价值。Finite element stress analysis and calculation is often referred in the agriculture engineering machine design process, especially to space thin-walled structure. The method for computing the stress distribution is very difficult and complex for this kind of structure. A new stress calculating method was proposed in this paper and programmed. In the end, the result derived from finite element calculating program and actual experiment war compared in detail which demonstrates the stress calculating method proposed in this paper is precise and valuable.
