摘  要:为了提高种绳捻制质量,使种子在种绳上的分布均匀性和密度等指标上符合水稻直播的农业技术要求,对偏心振动式排种器的振动电机转速、弹簧刚度、振子偏心距和种子箱内的种子量等参数对排种速度及其变异系数的影响等问题,进行了试验研究。结果表明,在一定范围内,振动电机转速越高,排种速度越高;弹簧刚度越小,排种速度越高;振子偏心距越大,排种速度越高。在振动电机转速为3800r/min和4410r/min条件下,种子箱内的种子量越多,排种速度越低;而在振动电机转速为3160r/min条件下,排种速度曲线在种子箱内种子量为0.3kg左右有一个极大值。通过试验与分析确定系统的主要参数:弹簧刚度1400N/m;振子偏心距6.0mm;在使用过程中,排种速度的调整,可以通过在3000~4500r/min范围内调整直流电机转速的方法进行实现。In order to improve the quality of the produced twisted rice seed rope and meet the requirement of agricultural technology of rice direct sowing, the following experiments and studies were carried out that were the effect of the rotate speed of DC motor, the rigidity factor of spring, the eccentricity of vibrator and the quantity of rice seeds in the grain box on seed dropping speed and it's uniformity of the device. The results showed that in a certain extent, the higher the rotate speed of DC motor, the higher the seed dropping speed of the device; the smaller of the rigidity factor of spring, the higher the dropping speed of the device; the larger of the eccentricity of vibrator, the higher the dropping speed of the device. The results also showed that under the condition of rotate speed of DC motor was at 3800 r/min and 4410 r/min, the more the seeds in the grain box, the lower the seed dropping speed; however, there was a peak value for the dropping speed curve when the quantity of rice seeds in the grain box was about 0.3 kg, under the condition of rotate speed of DC motor was at 3160 r/min. The main parameters were determined as follows, the rigidity factor of springs were 1400N/m, the eccentricity of vibrator was 6.0 mm and the seed dropping speed was able to be adjusted by adjusting the rotate speed of DC motor between 3000-4500r/min during the work.
