摘  要:通过流化床转化生物质是获取生物质能的重要方法之一。为此,选用秸秆和稻壳两种生物质原料,分别与石英砂组成双组分混合体系,然后在冷态条件下,在小型流化床上采用降速法进行流化特性的实验研究。结果表明:在双组分混合物中,改变生物质的种类对流化效果几乎没有影响。当粒径相同时,影响流化效果的关键取决于石英砂在混合物中所占的比例;当石英砂所占比例低于混合物的60%时,混合体系基本不能实现流化,而当石英砂单独流化时,流化效果呈理想状态;当石英砂所占比例为80%以上时,双组分混合物均可实现正常流化,且流化效果无明显差别。最终的分析结论认为,生物质与石英砂组成双组分混合物流化时,石英砂在混合物中的比例不少于80%时就可以正常流化,这一结论也为生物质流化床转化过程中进料速率的选择提供了依据。Conversion of biomass in fluidized bed is one of the main ways to obtain biomass energy. In this article, the fluidization characteristics of the mixture of biomass and quartz sand were observed with velocity-reducing method at atmospheric temperature. Corn stalk and rice husk were used as biomass samples. From the results, it can be seen that the kind of biomass has almost no influence to the fluidization quality of bi-mixture. With the condition of same size, the percentage of quartz sand is the key portion to the fluidization. The mixture can not fluidize when the percentage of quartz sand was below 60%. The quartz sand can fluidize very well alone in the fluidized bad. The bi-mixture can fluidize well when the percentage of sand reached higher than 80%. So, when biomass and quartz sand were mixed, the mixture can fluidize with the condition that the percentage of sand was not less than 80%. This result can be used to choose the velocity of feeding in the process of biomass paralysis.
