摘　　要：设计了一种粉碎设备—小型立式超微粉碎机,以长纤维性软质物料为对象,通过剪切、冲击与研磨等作用力对其进行超微粉碎。该机主要由转子、粉碎盘、锤片、筛框、机体、供料装置及排料装置等组成;以电动机为动力,通过联轴器传递给转子,带动粉碎盘和其上的锤片同时转动,完成对物料的超微粉碎加工。Designing crush equipment--Small-scale Vertical Ultrafine Pulverizer, regarding long fibre soft traditional Chinese medicinal materials of plant as instance, with the effort of shearing, striking and grinding etc, to perform the process of ultra fining. This machine is made up by rotor, crushing one, hammer leaf, sifting frame, organism, the material supporting device and the material arranging device, etc. mainly. Regarding motor as motive force, transmit to the rotor through the shaft coupling, is it crush record and hammer leaf that have its rotate at the same time, to finish the ultra fine processing of material.
