摘 要:为了进一步推进双稳态膨胀筛管的应用,开展了对双稳态膨胀筛管的有限元模拟研究。利用ANSYS软件建立了双稳态膨胀筛管的有限元模型,对其膨胀过程进行了有限元分析,并对双稳态膨胀筛管的膨胀力、膨胀率,及膨胀后的等效应力、轴向位移变化等问题做了分析探讨,验证了双稳态膨胀筛管具有膨胀载荷小,膨胀过程中保持恒定的轴向长度等优点。进一步肯定了双稳态膨胀筛管在实际生产中应用的可行性与有效性。In order to further boost the application of bistable expandable screen pipe,the study of finite-element simulation of expandable screen pipe was performed.The finite-element model of bistable expandable screen pipe was developed based on ANSYS software and the finite-element analysis of the expansion was carried out.Moreover,the expansion force,expansion ratio as well as the equivalent stress and axial displacement change after the expansion of the screen pipe were analyzed and discussed.It is proven that the bistable expandable screen pipe is characterized by small expansion load and constant axial length during the expansion.Thus the feasibility and effectiveness of the screen pipe in the actual application is further confirmed.
