摘　　要：在借鉴DQ70BS顶驱成功经验和成熟技术的基础上,开发了DQ40BC交流变频顶部驱动钻井装置。这种装置是一种机电液信息一体化的钻井设备,由动力水龙头、管子处理装置、导轨与滑车、液压传动与控制系统、电气传动与控制系统,以及辅助装置等部分组成,满足4000m钻机的使用要求。武-1井是采用多项世界先进钻井测井技术的羽状分支井,新研制的DQ40BC顶驱在该井首次使用,在钻井作业中表现优异,经受了严峻的考验,圆满完成了钻井任务。Based on the successful experience and mature technology from developing DQ70BS top drive drilling device,a new generation of DQ40BC AC and variable-frequency top drive drilling device was developed.As a drilling equipment integrated with machinery,electricity,liquid and information,the new drilling device mainly consists of power tap,the guide track of pipe-handling equipment,the hydraulic drive and control system of tackle,the electric drive and control system as well as auxiliary equipment,meeting the requirement of drill rig of 4000 m.Well Wu-1 is a feathered multilateral well where many advanced world drilling and logging technology have been used.The DQ40BC drilling device was used in the well for the first time,but its performance was excellent.The device experienced rigorous test and completed the drilling task satisfactorily.
