摘　　要：为了开发新型具有抗菌性能的含银医用敷料，对银在医疗卫生领域中的应用作了简要回顾，分析了银离子的抗菌原理以及它促进伤口愈合的功能，介绍了在伤口上使用含银医用敷料时产生的副作用以及对人体可能产生的局部和系统毒性。结果表明：银是一种对人体毒性很低并且具有优良的广谱抗菌性能的材料；在伤口上使用含银医用敷料可以控制伤口上的细菌，避免伤口的感染和病区内的交叉感染，并且可以促进慢性伤口的愈合。In an attempt to develop advanced silver-contained antimicrobial wound dressings, this paper reviewed the use of silver in the medical field. The antimicrobial mechanism and the ability to promote wound healing were analyzed along with the side effects and the local and systemic toxicity when applying silvercontained wound dressings. Results showed that silver has a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity and low level of toxicity to the human body. The use of silver-contalned dressings on wounds is effective in inhibiting microbial growth, preventing wound infection and cross-infection in hospital wards, and at the same time, promoting wound healing.
