摘　　要：本文报告经皮穿刺电动旋切式腰椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘脱出症27例体会。本组病例手术成功率100％,有效率81.5％。无严重并发症。并讨论了侧后路穿刺法操作步骤,病例选择,L5/S1穿刺术等问题。The article reported experiences of percutaneous lumbar diskectomy via posterolateral approach using electric rotary cutter in 27 patients with lumbar disk hernia. Successful rate was 100%, effective rate was 81- 5%, no complications. The questions of operative step via posterolateral approach, patient selection and puncture technique of L5/S1, etc, were discussed.
