不同柏树对柏小爪螨寄主选择及生长发育的影响

摘　　要：用“Y”形嗅觉仪研究了柏小瓜螨对4种柏树的选择性，用继代饲养法研究了不同柏树对其生长发育的影响。结果表明该螨对柏树的选择性以侧柏为最强（选择率71％），其次为千头柏（67％）、龙柏（60％），对北美圆柏的选择率最低（38％）；在侧柏、千头柏、龙柏、北美圆柏上F1，F2代的平均单雌产卵量依次为48．0，49．5，42．5，44．7，35．6，30．0，15．4，11．9粒；幼螨至成螨的死亡率依次为45．9％，50．0％，59．5％，58．1％，65．0％，69．1％，76．0％，88．9％；雌雄比在北美圆柏上F1、F2代差异较大，分别为1：1．2和1：3．5。幼螨至成螨的发育历期在北美圆柏上最长，为9～10d，比其他3种延长1～3．5d。The host selection and development of Oligonyckus perditus on 4 species of cypresses were studied with Y-tube olfactometer and subculture. The selection rates of the mite on the cypresses were different,among which that on Platycladus orentalis was the highest （71%）, then P. orentalis cv. Sieboldii（67% ）, Sabina chinensls average numbers of eggs per female cv. Kaizuca （60 % ） and S. virginiana （38 % ） in sequence. The of generation F1 and F2 on Platycladus orientalis, P. orientalis cv. Sieboldii, Sabina chinensis cv. Kaizuca and S. virginiana were 48.0,49.5,42.5,44.7, 35.6, 30.0,15.4 and 11.9 respectively; their death rates in the period from larva to adult were 45.9%, 50.0% ,59.5% ,58.1% ,65.0% ,69.1% ,76.0% and 88.9% respectively. The sex ratios （ ♀ ： ♂ ） of generation F1 and F2 on S. virginiana were 1 ： 1.2 and 1 ：3.5. The development stage from larva to adult on S. virginiana was the longest for 9-10 days, 1-3.5 days longer than that on the other three.
