摘  要:在双螺杆挤出机上进行了乙烯-丙烯-己烯共聚物(KN)与马来酸酐(MAH)熔融接枝反应,在共聚物的分子链上引入了极性基团。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振谱(NMR)表征了接枝物的结构,当MAH质量分数为1.8%、引发剂DCP的质量分数为0.12%时,可获得性能优良的接枝物。经接枝改性的KN与尼龙6(PA6)的相容性明显改善,可以制备超韧尼龙,当KN的质量分数为20%时,PA6/KN体系的缺口冲击强度可达95kJ/m2,是纯PA6的16倍。The melt grafting reaction of ethylene-propylene-hexene copolymer (KN) with maleic anhydride (MAH) and was made on twin-screw extrude, and polar group was introduced to the chain of the copolymer successfully. The structure of the grafted copolymer was characterized by means of FT-IR and 13C-NMR. When the mass fraction of MAH and DCP were 1.8 % and 0.12 wt. % respectively, grafted copolymer with good properties could be prepared. The compatibility of PA6 with KN-g-MAH was improved, with which super toughened PA6 could be prepared. When the mass fraction of KN-g-MAH was 20%, the Izod notched impact strength of PA6/KN blend increased to 95 kJ/m^2, being about 16 times of that of pure PA6.
