摘  要:在总结多年油管清洗经验的基础上,分析油污清理的特点,论证常温常压进行油管清洗的可行性,取得了油管内、外清洗技术的突破。结合“太波”热的远红外辐射预热技术,形成中国北方全年适用的油管清洗新技术———油管远红外预热冲刷清洗技术。该技术不同于化学煮泡、高压水射流、中频加热等清洗技术。采用“外刷内冲”常温常压清洗,不使用高温、高压大功率设备,也不使用化学清洗剂,实现了高效节能、安全环保。The important breakthrough of inside and outside cleaning technology of oil pipe is obtained based on; 1) oil pipe cleaning experience for many years was summed up; 2) greasy dirt cleaning speciality was analyzed; 3) the relationship between temperature, pressure and cleaning quality of oil pipe is developed in practice; 4) the possibility of oil pipe cleaning in normal temperature and pressure was demonstrated. By means of "Taibo" far infrared radiation preheated technology, a new technology of oil pipe cleaning is developed, that is applicable for whole year in north China. This technology is different from chemical boil foam, high pressure water jet, medium frequency heated and other cleaning technology. The high performance and low energy, safety and environmental protection are realized a no high temperature, high pressure, high power equipments and chemical cleaning lotion in this processing.
