摘　　要：钻井中使用的砂泵密封装置大都存在密封寿命短、容易泄漏的问题。文章比较了砂泵常用的填料密封、机械密封、副叶轮动力密封和组合密封的优缺点,提出了一种改进的砂泵密封装置。该密封装置采用负压密封原理解决砂泵在运转过程中的密封问题,用外装式机械密封作为停车密封,使砂泵在运转和停机时都能可靠地密封钻井液,无故障运转时间超过3 500 h。Sealing device is short of service life and leakage happens. The comparison between feature and short points of packing sealing, mechanical sealing, auxiliary impeller sealing and the combination sealing is done and an improvement of sealing device is proposed for sand pump. The device adopts vacuum sealing to solve the problems during pump operation. An attached mechanical sealing is used during pump shut down. A reliable sealing can effect during operation and shut-down. Its non-trouble operation exceeds 3500 hours.
