摘 要:将自行设计的复合式螺旋槽动压止推轴承应用在高速透平膨胀机上,对其在动压下的振动特性进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:在高速透平膨胀机上采用复合式动压螺旋槽止推轴承,转子运行平稳、振动特性良好,轴承与系统体现出较好的配合性能;一定压力下的辅助供气是全动气体止推轴承具有良好的起停性能的重要保证,对于透平膨胀机采用的全动压气体止推轴承,供气压力在0.1-0.2MPa之间。止推轴承的径向承载力不够是最终失稳的主要原因,可通过提高轴承的设计承载能力和合理选择叶轮及工作轮参数将轴向力控制在很小的范围内来提高轴承稳定性。The compound gas-lubricated spiral grooved thrust bearings which were designed independently by us were used on the turbine expander and its mechanical performance was studied through the experiment. The results show that the expander can run steadily with this special thrust bears and it has a nice performance of vibration, the bearings herence with the whole system. Assistant air of certain pressure is necessary to assure the good performance show its coof start and stop of bearings. The assistant pressure can be arranged from 0. 1 MPa to 0. 2 MPa when the self-acting gas-lubricated thrust bears work with an expander. The cause of final instability of the system is the lost of radial direction supporting capacity of bearings. The stability of system can be improved by enhancing the designed supporting capacity of bearings and selecting out appropriate parameters of impellers to control the axial force.
