摘  要:研究了磁流变液中颗粒的相互作用,分析了磁流变流体产生链状结构的原因,并推导出磁流变液体在外磁场作用下屈服应力公式。结果表明,当总的相互作用能为正时,颗粒间相互排斥,磁流变液分散稳定;当总的相互作用能为负时,颗粒间相互吸引,磁流变液快速聚团。在外磁场作用下,磁流变液体将发生磁团聚,该团聚为链状絮凝体,这是磁流变流体产生链状结构的主要原因。在外磁场作用下,磁流变液中磁性颗粒链状絮凝体的强度决定了磁流变液的动屈服应力,据此推导出的磁流变液动屈服应力的计算公式与现有的实验和研究结果吻合。The interaction between particles in magneto-rheological fluid (MRF) was researched, the chain-like structure reason of MRF was analyzed, and the formula of yield stress for MRF was provided at an applied magnetic field. When the main interaction power is positive, these particles ostracize each other, the MRF disperses stably, when the main interaction power is negative, these particles attract each other, the MRF quickly forms magnetic coagulation. Under an applied magnetic field, magnetic coagulation is produced by magnetize action, and the magnetic coagulation is chain-like floeeulation. This is the main reason of chain-like structure in the MRF. The yield stress of MRF is defined by the intension of chain-like floeeulation of magnetic particles in MRF. The provided formula of yield stress for MRF is same as the results of experiment and studies.
