摘 要:采用固定间隙微弧放电模拟实验,通过比较涂覆触点润滑剂前后放电强度与放电产物的差异,研究了DJB-823固体薄膜保护剂的抗电弧特性。研究表明,除本身具有较高的理化稳定性外,DJB-823能够耐受电弧烧蚀的根本原因在于它能够钝化电极表面活性,改变放电模式,减弱放电强度,因此来自大气环境的碳沉积随之减少。另外,该触点润滑剂可能具有一定的“自流平”或“自修复”功能,可以保护金属基材免受电弧烧蚀。A fixed micro-gap discharge installation was used to confirm the arcing erosion performance of the lubricant DJB-823. With comparison of the discharge behaviors and the arcing erosion by-products of Au/Ni cladding electrodes with or without DJB-823, some explains were proposed. When lubricant is applied, charges cannot move easily on the surface of the metal, the discharge mode changes from lighting to brush charge or corona. The inactive surface materials prevent the lighting discharge and much less volatile organic gas from air is decomposed and carbonized to deposit on the contact interfaces. It also indicates DJB-823 lubricant has the self-leveling or self-healing properties to protect metal substrates from arcing erosion.
