摘 要:通过摩擦磨损试验和摆动试验对比考察了几种人字门底枢材料在水润滑和脂润滑条件下摩擦磨损性能,并进行摩擦磨损机制分析,选出一种综合性能较好的材料,进行一些机械性能的测试,为下一步台架模拟试验作准备。研究表明:一种新材料FZ5(3)在摩擦磨损试验和摆动试验中都表现出优异的性能,通过硬度测量、拉伸性能等试验表明其具有优良的机械性能。Friction and wear tests and some swinging experiments were done to compare the friction and wear behavior of some materials used as the bottom pintles materials under both water-lubricated and grease-lubricated conditions. The wearmechanisms were discussed, some mechanical tests were done, and the material with better tribological properties was selected for the future Bench testing. The results show that a new material FZ5 (3) has good friction and wear behavior in friction and wear tests, and has the best tribological properties in the swinging experiments. Its good mechanical properties are proved by the mechanical tests such as rigidity tests, strength and ductility tests.
