摘  要:以添加有金属磨损自修复添加剂的SAE 5W-40为润滑油,以锡基巴氏合金/45#钢为滑动摩擦副,采用滑动摩擦磨损试验机生成了光滑的自修复保护膜,并分析了自修复保护膜的形成机制,探讨了自修复保护膜对摩擦因数和摩擦副抗胶合性能的影响。结果表明:在超精研磨中,微凸体发生断裂时产生的闪温,使微粒晶体中的镁原子与金属表层的铁原子发生置换反应,在摩擦表面生成铁硅酸盐新晶体,最终形成了与铁基金属成化学键结合的耐磨保护层;自修复保护层有很好的减摩润滑效能,使摩擦因数显著降低;有保护层情况下摩擦副的抗胶合性能明显高于无保护层情况下摩擦副的抗胶合性能,摩擦副抗胶合性能相当于原来的2.5倍。SAE 5W-40 with the auto-conditioning additive was used as lubricating oil, babbit/45^#steel as friction pairs, some uniform and smoothly protective layers were formed on the friction surface with a new sliding frictional wear test machine, its formed mechanism and effect on friction coefficient and seizure resistance was analyzed. The results show that during super finishing the flash temperature caused by multi-asperity' s fracture activates replacement reaction between Mg and Fe atom in microcrystal and result in new Ferro-silicate crystal formed, and Ferro-silicate crystal and ferroalloy form anti-wear protective layer by chemical bond. Both the friction coefficient and the wear volume are significantly decreased by protective layer. Seizure resistance of friction pairs with protective layer equates 2.5 times of original friction pairs.
