摘 要:针对冲击旋转钻井技术中的液动冲击器活塞和缸体间存在着摩擦而易使密封失效的问题,分析了液动冲击器的工作环境及在用密封结构的优缺点,提出了能够提高液动冲击器使用寿命的新型密封结构。该结构的波纹管、活塞和缸体内壁之间形成了一个密封的空间,其中充满润滑油,使活塞在油润滑下往复运动,降低了摩擦副的摩擦因数,提高了液动冲击器的使用寿命。实验表明该密封结构的使用寿命达200 h以上,其密封结构可靠性和使用寿命显著优于在用密封结构。Aimed at the problem that the friction between the piston and cylinder of the hydraulic impactor will cause the seal failure in percussive-rotary drilling, by analyzing the working environment of the hydraulic impactor and the advantages and disadvantages of some seal structures which are commonly used in petroleum industry, a novel seal structure was proposed which could increase the service life of the hydraulic impactor. The feature of the seal structure is that a close space full of lubricating oil is formed by the corrugated pipe ,the piston and the cylinder. So the piston moves up and down in the lubricating situation and the friction coefficient between the piston and cylinder is decreased. Hence the service life of the hydraulic impactor is increased. Experiment data indicates that the service life of the seal structure is over 200 hours,which makes sure that the novel structure is reliable. It is much better than the seal structures in use.
