摘  要:研究铜在钢中的沉淀强化规律具有重要意义。应用JEM-2010高分辨电镜和QUANTA-400型扫描电镜研究了含1.12%Cu的钢过饱和固溶体时效时发生的组织结构变化。发现固溶处理后在650℃时效,在时效峰处,在铁素体基体上析出含铜过渡相,在过时效阶段逐渐析出ε-Cu颗粒。Study on the law of precipitation strengthening of copper in steels is of great significance. JEM -2010 HRTEM and QUANTA -400 SEM were used to study the structural change occurred during aging in a 1.12% Cu - containing steel's supersaturated solid solution . It was found that copper transfer phases were precipitated in Ferrite matrix at aging peak for aging at 650℃ after solution treatment , ε - Cu particles were precipitated gradually during over - aging.
