摘 要:电力系统恢复是一个极其复杂的非线性优化问题。本文采用专家系统对电力系统崩溃后进行恢复,同时用数值计算对恢复过程中出现的过电压、过负荷、再次失稳进行监控。该专家系统知识库采用分层结构,在推理策略上,综合运用了宽度优先搜索策略和深度优先搜索策略以及冲突仲裁机制。用C语言实现该专家系统并用一实际电网进行校验,该专家系统提供了正确的恢复方案。Power system restoration is a very complex nonlinear problem. A power system restoration based - on expert system is presented in this paper. In the restoration process,the voltages of the system are simultaneously monitored by fast numerical computation to prevent new unstable. The expert system adopts hierarchical structure in the knowledge base, in search strategy, the breadth first search strategy and the depth first search strategy are applied and the appropriate conflictresolution search is used. The program of the expert system has been written using C language. A practical system has been taken to test the restoration plan using digital simulation.
