摘  要:本文基于动态负荷瓶颈分析方法,研究了电力系统动态优化调度的前瞻约束问题,分析了响应能力约束的作用,在此基础上,提出了动态优化调度的两级协调方程算法。通过对不同梯阶功率增量需求全速响应和非全速响应发电单元子集合的恰当处理,使此算法的两级优化都能应用协调方程算法顺利解算。此算法对负荷曲线陡峻段落及高负荷水平上行段落和低负荷水平下行段落都能有效地进行解算,这些段落在动态优化调度上是有难度的。此算法能很好地与经典的协调方程式法接轨。Based on the dynamic load bottleneck analysis theory, the problem of looking ahead constraints of dynamic optimal dispatch is considered and the function of response capability constraints is analyzed in this paper. Therefore,the two-step coordinate equation algorithm of power system dynamic optimal dispatch is proposed. In this paper,the generation unit is divided into several subsets and dealt with properly according to whether it responses to the demand of load power increament at full speed or not. By this way,the coordinate equation algorithm is used to solve the dynamic dispatch problem in both the two steps. Using this algorithm, the dynamic dispatchproblem of some stages in load curve which are difficult to dispatch is solved effectively, including the precipitous stage, the high level up - stage, and the low level down - stagein load curve. This algorithm is easy to connect with the classic coordinate equation algorithm of econonmic dispatch.
